Dec 07, 2023I wish finding a fitness trainer was as easy as asking Siri.
I will say that doing your homework now will help you stay consistent later and avoid what I call the "posers" - people who are just pretending and really not doing this because they love it but because of the perceived lifestyle.
I have had to fire two fitness trainers in my lifetime.
Not because they were inadequate but because they were not a good fit for me. I ask plenty of questions and I want to know the why behind the exercise(s) I am doing.
Be diligent in what you are looking for and what your needs are when looking for your perfect match
